Financial systems that withstand auditing.
In finance, there are no small errors. We build systems that ensure daily balances, maintain a comprehensive audit trail for every transaction, and enforce strict segregation of duties proactively, anticipating auditor requirements.
Risk Management scrutinizes your system before IT Management even reviews it.
These are not optional add-ons; they are foundational principles embedded from the very first line of code. A lack of clear adherence to any of these items results in immediate disqualification within regulated sectors.
Segregation of Duties
The individual who enters a transaction cannot approve it, and the approver cannot disburse it. Permissions are granular, enforced at the role and field level, not merely at the screen level.
Immutable Audit Trail
Every sensitive operation is meticulously logged, detailing the executor, timestamp, and value both before and after any change. No interface possesses the authority to delete these records.
Automated Reconciliation
Automated matching of party and supplier balances, with alerts for any discrepancies or delays exceeding agreed-upon deadlines.
Regulatory Reports
Exportable periodic reports in regulatory-compliant formats, with the capability to regenerate any historical report exactly as it appeared.
Data Location
On-premise hosting within the bank's facilities or on dedicated infrastructure, with data storage and backup locations explicitly defined in the contract, not merely discussed.
Business Continuity
Scheduled backups and documented, time-bound periodic recovery testing. The mere existence of a backup does not guarantee recovery capability.

Risk Committee Inquiries and Our Responses
- 01
Who owns the code after delivery?
The Bank. The complete repository, including all documentation and database schemas, is delivered. You retain the right to present it to an external auditor. We do not retain any proprietary or closed-source components.
- 02
What if your company stopped operating?
The system doesn't stop. Because you own the source, data, and infrastructure, any competent team can continue operations. This is the difference between a vendor and an owner.
- 03
How do you handle data during development?
The testing environment operates on anonymized or generated data, not a copy of production. No real data file leaves your environment.
- 04
Do you support dual operation during transition?
Yes. The new system runs in parallel with the old for an agreed period, and daily outputs from both are compared before the old system is decommissioned.
- 05
Who from your team accesses production?
No one by default. Access is granted via a documented request for a specific person and duration, their session is recorded, and access is revoked after the task is complete.
How a new system enters a banking environment without operational downtime
- 01
Security Assessment and Review
Review of architecture, permissions, and attack surface before coding, and a written scope document approved by both parties.
- 02
Isolated Environment
A testing environment completely separate from production, with anonymized data, accessible by your team at any time.
- 03
Verified Data Migration
Batch migration with a reconciliation report for each batch: what was entered, what was rejected, and why. No silent migration.
- 04
User Acceptance Testing by Your Team
Your employees run real-world workday scenarios, and the system is not launched until they sign off.
- 05
Dual Operation then Handover
A parallel period with the old system, then documented training, then a support contract with a defined response time.
